EHCM, like in the past have taken initiative to reach out to the victims with relief work and have successfully helped them.

We praise God, that not a single child of our day care centre was affected even though in the same area 53 people were drawn by the flood. No harm even to our land at Panvel. One of our day care centre teacher was sick for 10 days because of Malaria. She was hospitalized last week and now is doing fine.

EHCM helps Tsunami victims

An EHCM team with P.K. Joshua and his wife, Rachel, doctors, nurses and social workers have been to the Tsunami affected Nagapattinam village area (Tamilnadu). The EHCM team co-ordianted together with other NGO's to help the tsunami survivors.

We could provide basic necessary items like dry food, medicines, blankets, and personal items ( toothpaste, brush, soaps, buckets, mugs and small utensils for cooking purpose) to a large number of people. We feel satisfied for doing welfare service for these affected people who have lost everything in this tragedy.

EHCM USA founded

As there are more funds required to realize Mat's memorial orphanage and other projects in the near future, we have been looking for opportunities to share our vision and plans with more sponsors and donors. At the right time a door has opened for EHCM to receive funds from USA in future.

Rev. Joshua has been invited to speak in various churches in Chicago, USA, during October and November. He sums up his visit: «My trip to Chicago was fantastic. I could visit nearly 16 churches and also the Moody Bible Institute. I got enough opportunity to get good contacts."

EHCM is very happy to announce that as a result of this visit «THE ETERNAL HOPE CHARITY MISSION, USA» has been founded. We are very thankful for the group of supporters and the new committee that was formed which carries together with us the vision to bring substantial help and a true hope to the non-priviledged people in India.
