The Beginning
The
burden of the orphans, sick, suffering and destitute inculcate and
ardent desire for service through love and sacrifice as depicted
through the example of Jesus Christ.
Eternal Hope Charity Mission (EHCM) an inter-denominational Christian
organisation sprung up in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, India with the pioneering
efforts of Rev. P.K. Joshua in the year 1992 is catering to all
sections of society without any distinction of caste, creed, or
religion.
The Director's Profile
Rev. P.K. Joshua, the pioneer of Eternal Hope Charity Mission, was
born in Karnataka state. He hails from a Hindu background but with
an initiative effort of an American Missionary, the family accepted
Jesus Christ as their Saviour.
Graduated from Wilson College in Mumbai, he served Christian organisations.
But the dying and destitute compelled him to quit his secular job
and serve the poor and needy. His hunger and thirst for the needy
are the outcomes of Eternal Hope Charity Mission. Backed by his
wife, Rachel, who is the strong support to this mission, they attribute
their success to the Almighty, well wishers, friends and like-minded
organizations who have guided all these years.
The Dedicated Staff
The
dedicated team of 12 staff are also the backbone of this organisation.
Zeal and love for the poor has extended the boundaries of Eternal
Hope Charity Mission. Through this team, the activites have been
carried out diligently and the ultimate aim and goal has been achieved.
Registered NGO
- EHCM is registered with the Govt. of Maharashtra as a Charitable
Trust (Reg. No. E-1360).
- EHCM is registered with the Central Govt. Ministry of Home Affairs
to receive Foreign Contribution (FCRA).
- Donations to the EHCM are exempted from Income Tax under Section
80G.
